The closest thing we have to the dimensions you provided is the LaSalle Bristol Single Bowl RV Bathroom Sink # 34416166PW. When we measured this we found it was 16" long x 12-1/4" wide. LaSalle actually lists it as 15-3/4" x 12-3/8".

You will be good! The most important dimensions when picking a trailer cover is length and height. The manufacturer's take into account the drain spouts and awnings that stick out past the actual 8' width of the trailers. There is extra fabric that will allow the cover to extend over your gutters and awning. This fabric will be cinched down in other places on your trailer with the included straps.
